If your Personalised Song hasn’t quite landed the way you hoped, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Peter will work with you through one change round to better capture the story, feeling or musical direction you were hoping for.

A change round means one consolidated request for reasonable changes, provided to Peter together, so he can understand what hasn’t landed and work with you to address it.

If, after that change round, you’re still not happy with your Personalised Song, we’ll refund the amount you paid for the Personalised Song.

The voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the Personalised Song component of your order.

The 30-day period begins on the date your Personalised Song is first delivered to you.

Keepsakes are personalised and created specifically for each customer. Once a personalised physical product has been produced or dispatched, it is not included in our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Once production of a Personalised Video to Your Song has commenced, the video service is not included in our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Rush Creation reserves priority production capacity specifically for an order. Once the Story Call has taken place and priority production has commenced, the Rush Creation fee is not included in our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you need to cancel your order before your Story Call or before personalised work has commenced, please contact Say It In Song as soon as possible so we can discuss your order.

This voluntary guarantee is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not exclude, restrict or modify those rights.
