We do not store complete card numbers, card security codes or PayPal passwords. Payments are handled through our payment providers.

If we would like to share your song, story, photographs or other material publicly, we will seek separate permission from you.

Your story may naturally include information about family members, friends or other people.

When you provide personal information, photographs or other material relating to someone else, you are responsible for making sure you have an appropriate right or permission to provide and use that material for the purpose of creating your order.

Please be thoughtful about particularly private or sensitive information concerning other people.

Say It In Song uses third-party services and modern creative technology to operate the website, process payments, manage orders and help create personalised songs.

This may include AI-assisted music technology as part of the creative production process.

Information reasonably necessary to provide your order may be processed using service providers involved in these activities.

We aim to share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Say It In Song records information such as payment status, amount, currency and transaction references for order and accounting purposes, but does not store complete payment-card details or payment-account passwords.

Choosing not to opt in does not affect your ability to listen to portfolio songs, place an order or use our services.
